Ferrellgas

A few months ago, I called to have my tank removed from my residence. I was assured I would get credit for the gas in the tank. I hadn't used my propane in a while, but the 120 gallon tank was almost full from being filled 2 years prior. I only used it a few times with my gas insert. Since then, I had shut both isolation valves and my tank sat nearly full for 2 years.



Initially, Ferrell moved the tank out by the road. It sat there for almost a month before they came back to remove it. During this time, I noticed the gage indicated the tank was empty. I assumed they had retrieved the gas when they moved it. I received a bill for over $100 for removal, and when I called about my gas reimbursement, I was told that the tank had been empty. Between the time I made the removal request and the time they finally picked it up, $250 worth of gas went missing. I’ve called Ferrell and so far, they are disinclined to do ANYTHING about it, and I’m still being charged for removal.

Called them in a slight panic because we had been out of propane for over 24 hours. That is our main source of heat, cooking, and hot water. We were currently with kitsap propane who told us on day one they would be here. We were on keep It full with KP and had a 1k credit. However after 24 hours of being blown off and not returning calls to us. Everytime we called they would say someone will be there today and then it changed someone will be there in the morning, to someone will be there at some point today. Second day no shower, missed work, and still nothing but attitude. Called ferrellgas and they were Super Courteous and understanding. They had my tank filled within three hours. They faced the same conditions as KP whom we had been with for over five years! So they have won us over!
