        I liked in Brea for 6years and...

        I liked in Brea for 6years and have been working in Brea for the past 17years. Party city is Brea is where I go for all my party stuffs.

        My last time there 3month ago, it was an experience I will never forget. Their customer service ethics was the worst I have ever seen. I was there to return an item that is worth $9.99 when my original receipt was for $143.28. Guess what, I was treated like a thief. The cashier was extremely rude (Patty) She actually told me off. I was hoping that the manager will handle the situation better. No way...the manger was equally not to nice.



        I do not see that my money is needed by this store. I am now spenidng them with shops that appreciates me as a person and as a customer..
