It's amazing how a few minutes completely changed my life! My fear was that my profession in dermatology is very visually oriented and after talking with Dr. Moosa at Excel Laser Vision, I was educated about the technology that LASIK was possible for my vision. Clear vision is priceless and that's why I chose Dr. Moosa to perform LASIK for me.

This is one of the best things I have ever done! The consultations were very thorough and informative, however I must admit I wasn't quite sure of what to expect from the actual procedure, but I now feel that it was for the best as it may have put me off slightly, and I'm so glad it didn't. The only pain I experienced was a couple of hours after the operation when the anaesthetic wore off and it was like an intense stinging feeling (like chopping onions). This was quickly rectified with simple paracetamols. I was able to see pretty well the next day and had better than 20/20 vision by the day after. The aftercare was also spot on and the instructions for using the drops etc was clear and easy to follow. I haven't looked back since.

Excellent service with virtually no pain. Outstanding customer service and someone on hand at each step of the way. After sale care very strong and would recommend to a friend.

I think its the best thing since sliced bread to tell the truth. Its a simple treatment and changes every thing you do. I had a weak prescription and found it very beneficial The after care was professional and cosy surroundings make it all natural. I know ill need readers a bit later which was explained to me as I am now 44. Good luck to all

I wish I'd gone to Excel Laser Vision sooner. I wore glasses and contact lenses since an early age and disliked how much I depended on them. My glasses would be the first thing I reached for in the morning just to get to the bathroom! Excel Laser Vision were very helpful form the start to the end and the aftercare was brilliant. I had regular check up's to make sure everything was still ok and then I was discharged; and I have 20/20 vision. My old prescription was -5.75, and it's now amazing to wake up every day and not worry about putting in contact lenses. I still have moments when I think 'WOW'! I appreciate my eyesight so much and am so pleased I had the laser eye surgery done. Another great thing is freedom on holidays and not having to wear glasses or lenses around the pool- after an hour my eyes would sting, so I would take my lenses out but then not be able to enjoy the views. Now I don't have to worry about that and I can see everything clearly. It really is one of the best things I have ever done, and I would definitely recommend it.

I would definately recommend the treatment. No complaints about the staff too. The only things i would say that werent very nice were having the sucker on your eye during treatment and the pain (similar to when you have been cutting onions) afterwards (but this can be helped by just closing your eyes). If your vision is clear afterwards i would say it is worth it. It took about 4 wks for my vision to be clear first thing in the morning. When i got up early it would often be blurry for the first hour or so.

Excel Laser Vision Staff were soo friendly and helpful, from consultation right the way through to aftercare. They look after you well. The Surgeon was very good too, explained what was going to happen next and made me feel completely at ease. Having eye laser treatment was the best thing I ever done, my life is so much better now without glasses, and I feel a lot more confident. I wish I had done it sooner.

Waited a while before taking the plunge ... Having worn contact lenses for nearly 30 years my eyes were changing and my vision had to. So after speaking to so many people I went for a consultation and booked my surgery ! As I could see perfectly to read I was advised to have monovision - one eye lasered !! A bit concerned as had tried this with contact lenses. Well the result was Absolutely Amazing .... My lasered eye was 20/20 and after a few weeks my eyes were perfect !!! No more lenses... No more problems running or at the gym and night driving was perfect . It's the best decision I have ever made and would recommend to anybody your only regret will be you should of done it sooner.

would reccomend life changing just listen to them fully can do wonders even if eyes are really bad. avoid sunlight after asnd take vitamin c for 12 weeks after

I've just celebrated the first anniversary of having my laser eye surgery. It's been amazing and has considerably improved my quality of life. I used to be very shortsighted (-6.5) and I couldn't even imagine how it would be to not have to grope for my glasses when the alarm goes off in the morning. The surgery itself was over quickly and I was talked through the process and reassured throughout.

Couldn't be happier with the procedure. It was incredibly quick, totally pain free and I had 20/20 vision 4 hours after the procedure. Absolutely delighted and would definitely recommend.

Only took ten minutes to complete the laser treatment, it was pain free, just a little uncomfortable.

I'm so glad I had my eyes lasered. I can now see whatever I want without messing around with contact lenses and I have no problems at all. The follow up sessions that were scheduled were also brilliant and ensured that my eyes were going in the right direction. Only downside is I get a bit of eye dryness every now and then...but I put in some eye drops and I'm good as new. I would definitely encourage any of my friends to have it done.

Truly the best decision. Within a matter of hours I had brilliant sight, now I forget I ever wore glasses. From start to finish staff are informative and friendly. Have recommended this to friends and they were just as pleased with the results.

From the consultation to the last aftercare appointment I couldn't fault Excel Laser Vision. They were so friendly and put me at ease immediately. The results were amazing and it's made a massive difference to my life not having to wear contacts/glasses anymore. I would recommend laser eye surgery to anyone.

I would definatley recommend the treatment to any one. Expensive but is a investment as i have to buy no glasses or contact ever again.
