One Stop Auto Repair

I can't say enough great things about One Stop. They are honest, respectable and helpful. If they can't fix it they will explain why and give you alternate suggestions instead of just trying things until the issue is solved. We all know that results in money wasted and I think they genuinely want to avoid that for you.

Their waiting area is nice; they have beverages, wi-fi, and a TV. Matt's customer service is STELLAR! As long as I live in this area I won't take my vehicles any where else.

I heard about One Stop from a friend and my family has since been taking all of our vehicles there for over 5 years now. The service is exceptional. The skill and knowledge of all of the personnel at One Stop is great. Their prices are fair and their work is excellent. My daughter comes all the way from Indianapolis to have her car serviced/repaired because we trust the good people at One Stop Auto.

I have always had great customer service. They have gone to great lengths to provide excellent service. One Stop has taken care of our vehicles for over 5 years and I have never had a complaint.

I got a call at about 12:30 that my parts arrived & that my car would be done at the end of the day. So I leave work an hour early (I work in Greencastle) & when I get there, the receptionist said, "oh I was just about to call you. The parts that came in didn't fit." Now you know that even if the mechanics went to lunch first, they knew by 2:00 or so that the parts didn't fit. I didn't find out until 4:30 - after leaving work without pay & borrowing somebody else's car. This place has the WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I've ever encountered! I will definitely NOT be a repeat customer.
