Polk's Discount Drugs

We've ALWAYS had wonderful service from the staff at Polk's!! Friendly staff and very informative of all medications that we've ever had filled there. We've never waited longer than 10 minutes for our medications, no matter how many people were in there at the time! Wouldn't go anywhere else! WE LOVE POLK'S!!

This pharmacy staff goes above and beyond for my family. I would give 10 stars if possible.

for more than 13 years i have always had 5 star experience with Polk's. Either calling my prescriptions in or just carrying them in, i have never waited over 5 minutes or so.

I do not know where Sally and Conrad get their opinion from but their experience has never been mine. I have always felt welcome and that my order was important. I have never had to wait long to have my prescriptions filled. The employees at Polk's have always been friendly unlike Walmart where you are just a number. At Walmart it was hard to get a smile. At Walmart they never kept you informed if there was a problem with filling your prescription. I do not know how many times my wife or myself went in to pick up only to find out it wasn't ready, or had to wait wait 30 to 60 minutes for walk up fulfillment. At Polk's I've never waited more than 15 minutes, ever. Polk's is a locally owned store and they truly care about you and the community they operate in.

Polks drugs employees are rude and unprofessional I would not trust them with the meds I need to keep me alive they do not want you to ask any questions. They do not care about the customer

Extremely rude in the pharmacy. They have the most unprofessional attitude towards the customers. The lack of communication is probably a good thing considering that when they do actually acknowledge you, or finally fill your prescription - they are extremely rude!

This a very cood and friendly drug store good prices and service . acurate with meds prescribe.
