I wish I could give no stars! I WAS a patient here for over 2 years. I was rear-ended and was seen in the ER. They told me to follow up with my primary in 2-3 days. I tried to do so but was told the doctor would not see anyone who had been in a motor vehicle accident and I would have to go back to the ER for care as long as I was having issues related to the accident because it was “too much paperwork”. I filed a complaint with corporate and was told the doctor COULD NOT refuse to see me and it was NOT his discretion as I was told! Avoid this location like the plague!! I have a pinched nerve in my neck and am being treated elsewhere! The only thing this office is good for is delaying care!! You were warned! Don’t make me say “I told you so!”
