I was in line on Friday 3/2/18 for over 30 minutes and when I finally got to the pick up window for my order. I was told what I ordered Sausage and Biscuit add cheese $1.62 and I was give a bacon and egg biscuit, which someone paid for and didn't get. I was upset to get the wrong order after I had been in line that long and was late to work

If I could go no stars I would. I have visited this location multiple times, drive thru and inside, and every time the disorganization and slowness is ridiculous. The absence of any customer service is overwhelmingly obvious as well. Since moving to the south I have noticed that customer service is obviously not important to businesses here but this place takes the cake.

For the second time the service and attention to what they are doing is NONE EXITENCE. My first time at this location I was given a sandwich that had been given to someone at the Drive Thru and returned to the store that ended up in my order. It should have been placed in the garbage when it was brought back in the store from the outside. Today I ordered the same meal, (an Egg White Delight & Fruit Maple Oatmeal) and the sandwich is made of maybe a piece of the egg white ham cheese, I'm wondering what happened to the rest of the EGG. Your Service doesn't do the business any Good. With your management staff saying I'm sorry repeatedly isn't cutting it. Is it just for PROFIT now over Customer service and the wait has increased to even place your order. It was good while it lasted.
