Alpha Inspection

I was able to reach a live person on my first call. Once the appointment was made over the phone, I received a confirmation email along with my agent. This kept everybody involved. Our inspector gave clear explanations and educated us on items we had little knowledge about; we appreciated the eduational part of his explanations and findings. Our inspector's discoveries and suggestions for remedial actions helped me feel confident in my negotiations with the previous owners and provided the backbone for our contingency plan for our home purchase; I thought the use of email services, payment options, feedback. little icons on the company website etc. were genius and easy to navigate - even for a recreational computer user like me. the report was received very quickly and timely - even when it used part of a weekend! The report was extremely helpful and clear - especially the pictures. I also appreciated very much the offer for continued contact with our inspector and his company. I have called several times with follow up questions that were important to me about this house, but that were outside the scope of the inspection and have received 150% friendly help on these items as well. My inspector was very friendly, thorough, kind, knowledgeable and provided great detail. The report was a great source of information. He gave us the information we needed in a timely fashion. We attended the inspection and he did not rush through. He explained everything to us. It really helped me to get organized & prioritize my repairs. I am an extremely satisfied customer.
