The Eye Dr

The Eye Dr on Brandon Blvd is the most unprofessional group of people I have dealt with in a very long time. The receptionist was very short with me and had an attitude. The doctor examining my eyes was also disrespectful. She made a rude comment about my being overweight during the exam, and then went on and on about how she can't eat when she's upset. I don't have diabetes or high blood pressure-the comment was made out of left field. I was in shock! I will never go there again!

My wife and I visited this office and I was charged $20 more for the exact same eye exam as her. Also they said it was the policy of my insurance company that we use all of our benefit allowance at one time and it is not. When we asked them to verify this with the insurance, they refused.
