I brought over $500 from them for my daughter for Christmas, then gave her receipts for the items that she did not want or did not fit. They would not give her store credit, they said with receipt they had to give credit back to my charge. Then when asked they said that the only way to give store credit is without receipt, but then they would get the sales price, almost 1/2 of what I paid. I called them and told them I did not want credit on my card to give them the store credit, they were very rude. I called the number to complain that they gave me and after 45 minutes on hold I finally had to hang up. DO NOT SHOP AT SEARS

they were one of the best i went and bought a pair of shoes and the girl was great. she was not just the girl to go and get shoes for me she held a conversation with me about more than just shoes.!
