The service I received has been excellent. The atmosphere is friendly, the dentist is quite competent, and the receptionist is pleasant and welcoming. I don’t like going to the dentist, but I’m very comfortable going to Dr. Cardarelli , and I highly recommend him to anyone looking for the highest quality of dental care.

I would not recommend this dentist to any other people ever! The receptionist Judy is out right as rude and unsensitive as they come. The dentist was very unresponsive when it came to an important matter of mine and then turned around after 10+ years of being a patient dismissed me and stated he wished me luck! All due to an uncovering of the fact they This dentist office filed multiple claims for the same work. Long story short, I went to Dr Cardarelli to replace an old filling which in turn broke several times. I came to find out the hard way when I finally went elsewhere merely for a second opinion that he had charged my insurance company for each time I had to return to his office due to his faulty work. After bringing this to Judy's attention and asking to speak with both the dentist and Sandy the dental hygienist, I never received a returned call and was told out right by Judy that I was wrong. She told me no the claims filled were not because your tooth broke because there are no notes indicating this. So even though the claims are for the same exact tooth she was not able to tell me why and blamed it on not being able to read the dentists notes. I have referred several patients to this office in the past and would have continued to do so but I would never tell anyone to ever go there now. The absoulute below poor customer service from a company who stated they gave me excellence service! I would love for this office to explain their idea of excellence service!! I have never had such atrocious service from anyone, anywhere let alone a company that has had my business since 2002! After Dr Cardarelli returned the money to the insurance company he then tried to belittle my claim dispute by saying there was never an issue and that all this was merely a monetary disagreement, again never once reaching out to me to discuss the situation. Awful, Awful business conduct!
