Appalachian Heating

I have major issues with new heat pump. service men have been out 3 times and
have not fixed it. Obviously cant fix what they sell. They also tore out insulation
checking vents and made no effort to put it back. Unit is very noisy and does not cool or heat properly. Company has not made any effort to resolve the issues. I would not recommend them

Buyer beware! Sloppy install and major issues out of Carrier less than two years old. Just had out again and they never fix anything first trip, always have excuse to come back and finish so can charge two service calls. Very rude lady answering phone at service department too, before you give than any money maybe do a pretend call for service, that'll steer you clear of these people!
