        Overall

        My wife went to Freddie very recently. She told him exactly what kind of dark color she wanted, and her hair came out RED!! After admitting to doing a poor job, he still charged her $200!!! He should be ashamed of taking advantage of a nice person that did not want to make a scene about the money.
