I found the owner Mike to be extremely professional. Not only did he do an expert job at cleaning our Dryer Vent, he also discovered that the builder of my home did not correctly connect the dryer vent to the exhaust vent on the roof. Therefore, lint, dryer heat and moisture were being blown directly into my attic causing a potential fire hazzard.
Mike assisted me in describing the situation in writing to the builder as well as providing photographs of the issue. With Mike's assistance the builder corrected the issue at no cost to me. Without his expertise, I would never have known the problem existed until it was too late.
