Comm Tow treated us very disrespectfully and took advantage of us. We rented an Air B&B in Tampa, Florida for the night, and I will admit it was our mistake to park in the parking garage as we apparently only had one designated spot for one car. My car and my friend’s car got towed. We called the towing company so that we could come pick up our cars and they advised that we had to make an “appointment” time to come pick them up. We ubered all the way to the location where our cars were, which was not in a good area at all. When we got there, of course the people where not there on time. When they finally showed up, they told us it was cash only to get our cars and since we did not have everything we need to get the car, we had to pay another $50 fee for inconvenience. I called the representative again and he tried to tell me that he had already told me this information and if I have a problem to call between the business hours Monday - Friday. We had to make another “appointment” time and we ended up calling the cops because they did not show up on time again. Of course when the cops got there they ended up cooperating with us. 4 hours and $260 dollars later we finally got out cars, but this company is a SCAM and they treated us very unfairly!!!

Towed a car illegally out of my apartment complex. Clearly in visitor parking. $181 to get it back. Cops can't do anything cuz they say it's on private property. Crooks!

They are horrible rude,very unprofessional. Worse manners and sneaky! This company truly is the lowest of the low.

Their illegal towing on private property will come to an end very soon! Can you say "8on your side" - what tows around comes around in a public slap and fines and re-payment to everyone you violated!
