Accurate Heating and Cooling installed new unit 04/18 and have had a very positive experience with the whole crew…they have done a duct work move for me and also a courtesy service call. Some people just don’t get Norbert, I think he is a funny guy! Kevin is a well experienced owner and his son will be trained correctly.

I respectfully disagree with the last review. I chose this company randomly from the internet so you can imagine I was prepared for the worst. Norbert was very informative, knowledgeable and best of all, his services were much less costly than what we were anticipating

Ripped me off by lying about parts that needed replacing. Norbert was the rudest crass repairman I have ever dealt with! I had no choice since he demanded the service fee whether he fix my A/C or not! I just used another company to check the status of my A/C unit and they told me the items listed on my bill where not new, nor ever replaced! The fee of the item not replaced was way over cost of the item too! They totally ripped me off and I will never use this dishonest rip-off company ever! To take advantage of the elderly is not only against the law by simply wrong!
