        Overall

        We have had our boat serviced there twice; the first time was ok, although I do question their integrity. We returned due to a loose hose which is under their labor warranty from our first visit. We made a appointment and arrived at that time; however, it took them 3 days to even look at the issue, and that was only because we went there and stood over their shoulder. At that point, we discovered we needed to also replace other hoses. They ordered them to arrive the next day, which they did; however, again, it took them 4 days to get to that. A simple thing that should have taken maybe 2 or 3 days turned into 7. I wouldn't recommend unless you don't care how long your boat could be sitting there before they do anything and when you call to check on the progress, they lie about when they are going to do anything; i.e., "we are getting to it this afternoon", then you call the next morning and it still hasn't been worked on at all.
