One Price Dry Cleaning

In December, 2012, I prepaid as required over $60 to launder or dry clean 24 shirts. When I picked them up 5 days later, I removed the plastic liner to a overwhelming foul odor. All of the shirts had been sealed in plastic before being dry and had soured. The odor was unbearable. I returned the shirts to the cleaners and the clerk told me he would have the owner contact me that afternoon. She did not. I called the following day and was told that the shirts would be relaundered and would be ready that afternoon. When I arrived the manager again was not available but I was assured that the shirts were relaundered despite sensing an odor which I was advised was simply a cleaning solution. When I opened the packages, it was apparent that the shirts had not been relaundered but simply repackaged. The stench was overwhelming. I washed the items at home before taking them to a reputable dry cleaner for my next service. The owner simply lied and did niothing but replace the plastic wrap.
