I went in to have two bulbs installed that I purchased at advanced auto. 10 minutes later I got a bill for $51.94 for parts and labor. When I questioned the amount and told him this is ridiculous he scribbled out new parts and said same price. I have tried to contact the owner but he will not come to the phone and "Bobby" the guy who ripped me off only has the authority to cheat people not refund money. I have been repeatly calling and today they called the police on ME for harassment! Poor little old me a 55 yr old woman who had hand surgery and couldn't change the tail light bulb on her car. Do not give these creeps your money they are scumbags!

A complete rip off!! I took my car in to have them check out my car electrical system. 30 minutes later they called and said told I need to change my alternator, a dashboard switch, the wiper's motor so the wipers would work. After 2 hours they call me to come in and asked me to pay him $740!! They wrote a chicken scratch receipt upon my request and wrote 2 page full of supposedly things they did to my car without discussing them with me and that were not necessary!! Bob, Lloyd, and Henry are rats and just waiting to rip you off!! specially if you are a women!!Do NOT take your car to this place!

Lloyds auto electric completely ripped me off. I took alternator in for a test. He called me back in a hour and said he had fixed a short inside the alternator. Upon getting it home the mechanic helping me said that the tamper screws had not been touched and no one had been inside. We inspected the inside and found no repair had been done. The alternator was ok.I went back to Lloyds and Bob admitted what he had done but would not give me a refund.

I spoke to a few mechanics who know him and they said he is the type of guy who would fix a bad fuse and say it was something expensive. Bad company........
