Everything went perfectly when we ordered our new Rheem Air Conditioner. They came when we requested, the installers were professional and they completed the job much to our satisfaction. The paperwork was properly and quickly completed.

It is incredible that they had to bribe me with a Publix gift card to write a positive review in this website. Service is terrible and expensive if your AC is older they will send you a sales person instead of a technician.

We have been paying for this service on our new home anywhere between 500-700+ monthly. There are many issues that ill try to address so this makes sense and not like an illogical rant.

Whenever we had a problem with an appliance (microwave, dishwasher, disposal, refrigerator, ice maker, etc) they would always schedule a service call with a 4-5 hour window. As working class people, all we asked was a courtesy call of 30 minutes so either me or my wife could be at the house before they arrived. At least 75% of the time they never did this. Most of the time they'd come out without having proper tools to fix the item. And often times had to reschedule another visit. Many times they didn't repair the problem and made it worse prompting us to contact a supervisor. Just an inordinate amount of time wasted for everyone. To make a long story short they took thousands of dollars from us and then refused renewal even though they sent renewal papers. The company is a joke and defunct. i can't continue because its a waste of my time. Just stay away from these losers. On top of all that, they are rude and extremely unprofessional. Hope their business collapses
