Poor customer service and slow cashiers. Not enough employees to handle the amount of customers. The prices and selection are good.

Best thing that has happened to box elder. Prices are amazing and customer services is awesome. Cashiers are nice and very helpful. Did I mention prices are awesome! Store is clean and well kept. The manager gave me a coupon even though someone ripped it off the box it came in. I had forgot my receipt with a $5 coupon on it and she gave it to me anyway. I love this store. It has saved me many trips to rapid city. Thank you, DG for making my life easier.

I've had two very unpleasant experiences shopping in this store. The manager is extremely rude with zero customer service skills, called me a liar and a troublemaker when I complained about the expired products on their shelves; she continuously interrupted me & when i asked her to please listen to me, she said no because she wasn't going to argue with me, and she walked to the back & shut herself up in the office until i left. No apologies, no responsibility, just complete and utter rudeness and abusiveness.
