        just had an excellent experience with Stanley Steemer cleaning my carpets. Greg and Charles came within the time frame arranged. I was called by the Gambrills office to let me know they were on their way. Greg and Charles were very friendly, did an excellent job on the challenging stains and were very professional. Importantly, they didn't try to upsell me like so many complain about. I would highly recommend Greg and Charles as a team and this Stanley Steemer franchise.

        Soaked my carpets to the padding. Did an overall bad job. I had wet carpet that smelled to high heaven for almost two weeks. This caused major inconveniences for myself a d my family. The owner then gave me a useless $100 gift certificate that doesn't even cover the cost of a future cleaning. As if I'd ever trust SS to clean my carpet again or give them another penny to do so.

        HORRIBLE!!! HORRIBLE! HORRIBLE...

        HORRIBLE!!! HORRIBLE! HORRIBLE!!!! HORRIBLE!!! Do not be fooled by this franchise's funny commercials or val-pak coupons! This company has absolutely NO RESPECT for existing or potential customers! They give you huge window times for service then bounce you around from person to person when you try to call and inquire on the status of your service. I waited in my house ALL DAY and they never showed up. When I spoke to the Manager at 4pm that booked my appt, he said his truck has issues in the morning. They never bother to call me to cancel or reschedule. Waste of time!
