Hungry Buffs

If I could give Hungry Buffs zero stars, I would. Last night, we placed a large order for a local Nepali restaurant, Kathmandu. The HB site said to expect the delivery between 7 and 7:15. At 7:45, since there was nothing but an email address for HB support, we called the restaurant to see if they knew anything. They had the entire order ready and waiting since 6:45. We waited a short while, and then gave up - I sent my son to pick up the order. The restaurant had fulfilled the order perfectly, and the food was, miraculously, still a little warm and quite good. So nothing bad to say about Kathmandu.

But wait, there's more. I never heard boo from Hungry Buffs, until tonight, 24 HOURS LATER. I just got a text from Hungry Buffs texted me to tell me they were soon going to delivery my order! Only an entire day late. I gave them an earful and they are going to refund my tip (yep, just the tip) in a week to 10 days. Seriously. This is how they deal with a massive F-up.

I will never, ever use this service again, and I advise others to follow suit.
