PC Auto Repair

I brought my car here for an estimate. When they called with the estimate, it was nearly double what another shop had provided, so I tried to cancel the work. Then they it would be $130 just to get the car back, even though they didn't say they charge for estimates. When I said that they can't charge for estimates unless they give notice of charges in advance, they switched the story to the charge being for work they had already done, even though nothing had been authorized yet. They ended up doing the work before I could get the car back... If you go here, prepare to be royally ripped off.
