Donbass Heating & Air Conditioning

Donbass installed our heating and air-conditioning unit approximately six years ago. Started to have trouble with it not cooling ,so I called them out. Took approximately a week and a half for them to come out. When they did they told me the unit had froze and most likely was due to have an unclean filter. They did not check for anything else. Then proceeded to tell me they didn't have the filter on hand and for me to purchase it online. For this service I got charged $100. I went on Amazon and purchased the air filter they recommended put it in. Air-conditioning unit is still not working.We are having one of the hottest Summers and still no air conditioning. I would not recommend this company not unless you like throwing money away. I'm still getting steamed up in the house and pocketbook.
