Big Johns provides outstanding service! In May of 2015, amidst all the abundance of rain in North Texas, our 30 plus year conventional lateral septic system finally "pooped" out. After calling Big Johns I felt very comfortable with Tim Welch and his sons advising, installing and answering the many questions I have had on the new aerobic system. As it was necessary for us to get the system installed asap, Big Johns performed the installation in one day between monsoon type rains. We were up and running and haven't had any issues. With a complete 2 year warranty and very responsive service my wife and I are very glad we made the choice to use Tim and Big Johns.
