Larry's Lock Service

I had to hang up on this guy 10 minutes into a phone call for a quote on keypads for a new business location. He sounded like the epitome of an old kermudgen.

Just rude, crabby and dismissive. Sounded like he was inconvenienced by my call. He even tried to tell me a particular lock doesn't exist... even though i was staring right at one at another location of ours.

Was not professional or friendly by any stretch of the imagination, even though I was very friendly and casual with him.

Just my experience.

They did a great job fixing the ignition lock on my Honda minivan. They have 2 certified automotive locksmiths on staff and saved me $800 by fixing the lock instead of having the dealer replace the 4 locks on the car. Courteous service. Highly recommended.

Larry's Lock Service was beyond my service expectations. Technician Chris was polite and efficient. He was mindful of the cold air outside and did not leave doors open while he worked in my home. He worked quickly and efficiently, was polite and professional. II felt safe that his work would be accurate. I would not only use this service again but recommend it to anyone I know. Very reasonable costs.

This is probably the absolute best Locksmith in the West Suburbs by far. I lost my car keys and was in need of keys. I called around to many other LockSmiths but the price seemed outrageous. I was fortunate enough to be led to Larry's Lock Service and they were prompt, friendly, efficient, and extremely fair in price for the services rendered. I also recieved 2 car keys in case I was to ever loose my keys again. Thank you very much Larry's Lock Service.
