advantage is personal service versus Internet buying and return policy.Biggest draw back. As an avid golfer, I usually buy a new club every year and a set of clubs every 2 to 3 years. I sometimes get the feeling that asking questions about the various club I am being a nuisances. I am 62, still love the game, use to be a 8-9 handicap now a 12-13. but feel ignored. Maybe it is the age factor. Do not know. Club choice becomes more difficult as age passes on, but my $$ are as good as anybody else's. I like the prices on your balls any other accessories.
