We found one of their stoves they had for sale on Craig's List. Not only did they hold it for me to get there they helped load it etc. I will say that they stand by their warranty. My door to my oven came alittle loose. They were out to my house the next day and fixed it. I am definably going to go back for a front load washer and dryer in the next 6 months.
