Ko's Cleaners

They lost a mens' dry cleaned shirt and refused to give credit or replace in any way. I picked up 21 items and counted is while if was there. When I got home and put my clothes away I realized that one of the mens' shirts were not mine. I called and explained and we went through what I was missing. The owner said he would call me right back. He never did so I went there today and showed him the shirt that wasn't mine. He took it and said that if I do not know which shirt of mine is missing it his not his problem. He basically blamed it on a customer who wasnt as honest as I was to return it?? I suggested a credit of some sort. He declined . Did not even credit me for the item dry cleaned. Do not use them. Very dishonest and do not take responsibility for their errors.
