In a rush to give my girlfriend a touching moment I called Exceptional Flowers and got exceptionally great service. An hour later, with 3 dozen roses on her desk, my girlfriend emailed me to say (among other things) . . . "They're absolutely Beautiful !!!!!!!!!!!!"

Sending flowers over the phone to another state can be scarrey. Exceptional Flowers and gifts made it easy. They were very courteous and helpful and I felt comfortable giving them the order without worrying.

They do not stand behind their product. We spent $160 on an arrangement that was delivered damaged and half dead. When we requested a refund the person on the phone was extremely rude and hung up on us.



We called several times and each time they were rude and refused to do the refund and hung up.



Clearly thet have know idea what customer service is.

I just started using Exceptional flowers after using another florist in the Boca area. I send flowers once a week to my girlfriend and both she and her co-workers comment on how beautiful the arrangements are and she can not believe how long they last!!. I find their service top rated as I have asked flowers to be delivered at different times of the day and they have arrived at the pacific times each time. I find them to be an Exceptional florist in three areas, Quality, Service and Price. I will continue to use them and recommend them to anyone looking for a florist in the Boca Raton area.

Being that many times we did all of this pretty much from our then home in NJ, it was always a pleasure to KNOW that anything delivered to her would be top rate and more than not, even prettier than the picture. The staff is terrifc to deal with - they are caring and accommodating to the 'nth' degree. Mom just received her Mother's Day arrangement (a little early this year) and it is just gorgeous! We feel blessed that we have found a florist who not only arranges lovely flowers, but actually takes infinite time in making sure that they are just right for that special someone or occasion. Thank you Josh and also thanks to your 'Exceptional' Staff. You are the best!!! If you there were more stars I'd add them onto this review!! I ORDERED FLOWERS FROM OUT-OF-STATE FOR A BOCA RATON BURIAL WITH ONLY A DAY'S NOTICE. THE SPRAY WAS MAGNIFICENT-WELL BEYOND MY EXPECTATIONS, COMBINED WITH EXCELLENT SERVICE. LOTS OF B@NG FOR MY DOLLARS! THE VERY BEST I'VE SEEN! THESE FOLKS ARE A BLESSING!

Exceptional Flowers and Gifts did an excellent job at an unbeatable price. The owner was easy to reach when I had questions, and responded quickly. Flowers were gorgeous and delivered on time. Will be doing business with Exceptional Flowers in the future.



Pros: Was in constant contact via email. Owner was polite and eager to please. Beat everyone else's price on 4 doz roses by a mile.

Exceptional Flowers is the only shop I will ever use again! I received short notice that a Client of ours had a sudden death of a close family member and it was my responsibility to get some flowers sent for the service. Not knowing what I should do or send I went online and searched for a local Florist to call. I saw that Exceptional Flowers was a top 250 FTD member which to me was very impressive and meant their work had to be top notch to get that kind of ranking. When I called I was actually lucky enough to talk to the owner Josh Laddin. I explained my situation that I had very little details to go on when the service was or time. He immediately set my mind at ease because he knew everything about the service already. As chance would have it, he was also doing the family pieces. I couldn't believe how fortunate I was to find this Florist. The flowers were amazing!!!! The family actually selected our arrangement from several to take home with them. The arrangement was in a beautiful keepsake container which they told us they were going to return back to Exceptional Flowers to have them put a permanent silk arrangement in it. Thank you Josh for going above and beyond during this difficult time for everyone.

Living in Australia I had no idea what quality of product or service I would receive by ordering on line. Having selected Exceptional Flowers by luck, I was extremely fortunate for not eyonly are their flowers fresh and highly presentable their rates are good AND the delivery service was over and above that which one would normally expect. When it came time to order more flowers I had no hesitation in ordering from this company. This florist is one of the best ive seen. Talk about knowledgeable....they answered every question. They knew about their business. They are honest and really feel that they have a sincere appreciation for the business they receive. I will never order from anyone else. Now the flowers. The flowers were fresh ( believe me, i know the difference). The vase arrangement I ordered was full and I feel that ive gotten more for my money than any other florist. Just can't say enough. After spending more at other florists during the years, it's very easy to know a GREAT one!!! Kevin Global
