C S Flooring

We had hardwood flooring installed by another company previously and were dissatisfied with the quality and service about 6 years ago. We decided to have more hardwoods installed in two bedrooms and a hallway and contacted Shannon to do the install. We agreed on a day and time for a quote, he arrived on time and was very courteous, professional, and polite. We agreed on the price and he began working the following week. His work and attention to detail was exceptional. We asked him to match the pattern of the existing hardwood floors, which were at a 45 degree angle, and I matches perfectly. My wife and I were so pleased and satisfied with his work we wish we would have had him known earlier to do our first install. We highly recommended Shannon for any floor work to anyone that needs it. He is very trustworthy, prompt, courteous, and professional. He fed my dogs lunch one day and put up with their barking. He is also very trustworthy, he worked in our home for four days and of those four days I was only there a few hours. He treated my home as if it was his. If he wasn't pleased with the way something looked he redid it over. Shannon will do any other floor work we decide to do in our home. Shannon was on time, within my budget, and very friendly to work with. He was very considerate with my families hectic schedule and worked around my hours of availability. The work Shannon did was superb! I am a fellow carpenter with a picky disposition and he delivered results better than I could of imagined.
