        March 2022, contact was made with Best Glass & Mirror. They arrived as scheduled, measured and offered an option for door side panels (2) that was exactly what we wanted. An estimate was given to us over the phone and approval for the work was given - all this took place before the end of March. Was told it would take 6-8 weeks. That wasn't a problem. That time came and went. Called and was told they had another job they needed to finish before they could work on mine. This same type of phone call went on until December. My husband gave them an ultimatum. Either be here on the date scheduled (December now) or we will cancel the job. Didn't show up and didn't call. My husband finally told them to cancel the order. We would go elsewhere. After almost 9 months of wasted time, we finally realized that the only thing we would get out of Best Glass and Mirror would be excuses. Contacted another company, they came out next day, estimate sent, and work will start in two weeks.

        They installed a new glass shower door. They arrived on time, were polite and professional. I asked them to return to correct something one of the carpenters may have done wrong while framing the shower. It wasn't even their mistake. They returned, corrected the issue and didn't even charge me. A+. I highly recommend them. All at a fair price.

        worst customer service EVER!

        I can not stand it when owners of businesses (any business) make promises - and then can not/do not deliver on their promises. This company, with Chad & Sebastian, continues to promise to :1) return phone calls (which they never do)2) provide a written estimate for the requested work (it's been 2 months now, and I still do not have either a verbal or written estimate)3) promised to come by one day to see what job we wanted them to do - and Sebastian was a "no call - no show" for the first appointment.Chad continues to blame their glass distributor for problems in back orders, apologizes, makes more promises - then does not follow through.I do not trust this company - we've given them enough chances, and we have been MORE than patient in dealing with them. I predict they will not be in business much longer. Chad confided to me that ALL their customers are complaining now - but it's not his fault, it's always someone else's. He just doesn't "get it" - don't promise the customer what you can not possibly deliver.

        Horrible customer service. No return of phone calls - no show for appointments for estimate - has not provided any written or verbal estimate of projects. Continues to apologize and make excuses, blaming their "glass distributer" for their current troubles. But they are unreliable, do not keep their promises of calling back, etc. I would not recommend this company at all - you will run out of patience!!!

        They came on a Monday to give an estimate for a broken transom window in our kitchen. We were to get a quote within 24 hours. Two days later we called--they couldn't locate the paperwork but would call back. No call. Our telephone messages went unanswered on day 4. Then they call and quizzed us about who did the initial measurements on Monday--what did he look like since he didn't give us his name. Still mystified as to who they sent to our house! They said they'd call first thing on morning of day five. Guess what? No call. Wouldn't know what kind of service they would provide since they can't even keep track of their own employees or paperwork.
