I have used Rayne Storm Co since about 2009 after my family and I had storm damage claim denied on two of our homes. In conversation with Roofer Ron, he educated me that I needed a perfessional consultant on our side to be fighting for us. Two say the lease, two weeks later both homes had new roofs, gutters, storm doors and window screens installed. They were very professional the entire time. Since then, we have hired Roofer Ron and their company to do full home renovations, contracting work as well as consultant work for us and our clients the last 7 years. I learned early in our relationship that Ron will talk himself out of work if he feels that us or our client is wasting money and tells us straight. This is a quality that I like. They are our go to consultants for anything regarding insurance claims of any kind, ie: mold, flood, fire, wind, hail, and tornados plus normally contracting work. Yes, they have been called for all these reasons and more. Ron can even tell you the best hunting spots in Missouri. The next bid you get that seems off, call Ron to tell you right.

From start to finish this company was great to work with. I was initially contacted by a company going through the neighborhood checking roofs, and was told mine had damage. I was given Rayne-Storm's info from a neighbor, and went with them instead, and I'm glad I did because that previous company has moved on. I've had some follow-up questions and Rayne-Storm took care of everything even after all work was done. They also were very patient when dealing with waiting on my insurance company for the numerous checks that had to be signed by them and my mortgage company. Installation of the new roof was FAST; right around 2.5 days.They also had employees to take care of the interior drywall damage from the previous roof, and that work was done the day after I made the phone call. I highly recommend this company for any household needs!

They've added a durable waterproof coating on my sunroom, repaired the siding on my cupola that was damaged by the previous contractor an reinstalled a treasured weather vane that was messed up by the previous contractor. I'm very happy. I now have a practically indestructible roof I'll never have to replace or repair the rest of my life. And it all looks fantastic! These guys are professionals and if I need work done in the future I'll call them. They do more than roofs. I highly recommend Rayne Storm!
