Unprofessional, disrespectful, lazy, liars. I am not one to write online reviews but I feel the need to warn everyone to stay away from this company. They were sent out by my home warranty company, AHS, due to a malfunctioning furnace. Superior came out twice, unable to identify the problem. They were scheduled to come out a third time and they told us we were "in the cue" to get a scheduling phone call, which never came. We followed up as the furnace problem persisted (and the warranty company wouldn't allow us to use another company). Superior told me it would be really time-consuming and a pain in the a** to do a full diagnostic test to get to root of the problem. We insisted they do the test, and a third visit was ultimately scheduled. When the technician arrived, he got out of his truck, directed a profanity at me, got back in his truck and left. Meanwhile, it has been over a month since our initial call to the home warranty company and to Superior and the problem has not been resolved. I'm now calling another HVAC company and likely canceling my home warranty since this has been an absurdly unproductive process, which has only cost time and money without any resolution.

This company has awful customer service. I had to call three times just to set up an appointment from my warranty company. When they did finally make the appointment they told the company that my almost 40 year old air conditioner (new with the house in 1974) was broken because of poor maintenance. This company is only used by the company because they are cheap. Do not recommend.

Great company so far, Montgomery County salesman was prompt and very knowledged. He actually gave me some heat savings tips before I even became a Superior Plus customer. Our heating oil was delivered the day the gentleman had promised as we were very low and concerned about our small ones.

Highly recommend, plus they offer a referral program.
