Kitchen Remodeling
Both of the bathrooms at this residence needed a bit of a facelift and updating to the showers, bathtubs, as well as the sink fixtures. This first bathroom features a new tub, showerhead, shelving, and elegant tile that frames a second-floor window for added natural light. Flooring
This remodel was in a great neighborhood of Bloomington-Normal. This home had a lot of character before we got there, but the owner's request was that we lighten up the interior space. In short, we replaced most of the hardwood flooring on the main floor, added white baseboard in each room, and changed the wall colors to a light grey.
Door Installation/Replacement
Drywalls
For this bathroom remodeling project, we tore down the room to its studs and started with new drywall as well as a tile shower. We also ran new pipes for plumbing and hot water as well as some electrical work. Our team constructed and installed a new vanity sink with a permanent mirror and overhead lighting. All in all the client was able to make their bathroom more spacious and modern for a reasonable price, all done in just a few days.
Basement Remodeling

Each of these bathrooms had updates to the tile flooring and walls. The first bathroom update pictured below included an intricate tile pattern around the shower, shelving for shower products, a sliding glass door with railing, two showerhead attachments, and matching flooring.
Fireplaces
This was one of our largest exterior remodeling projects to date. Our client wanted a full outdoor grill installed with a kitchen island and plenty of room for seating underneath a gazebo. Also included in the design is a chimney-style fireplace and mounted television that is sure to complete the party experience at any cookouts here.

This bathroom remodeling project gave these homeowners a great new space that hadn't been updated in decades. We tore out brightly-colored carpeting, wall-hung cabinets, and a sink countertop that was likely more than 50 years old. The standing shower and detached bathtub limited the space in the bathroom and made for an awkward space with the large bay window above the tub.

We designed a simple cutout that looked out to the neighborhood pond, using the same siding and shingles for the exterior. Our team installed new electrical, ventilation/heating, windows, and a sliding door to complete the structure itself. Now you can see how the owners use the space for themselves!
