Gennaro's Plumbing

Plumber walked in..Told us it was the city's problem and to call the city. Didn't check out anything in the home. He took the $75.00 fee and walked out the door. Called the company and they were nothing but rude on the phone and then she just hung up on me. Do NOT use this company. I should have read the reviews before letting him in the door. Not even BBB certified.

This person below is obviously Patricia Gennaro. ha. Lady, I work in Insurance, I read the policy.. The home warranty reimbursed me for the work you wouldn't/couldn't/shouldn't perform. I hired an actual real plumber who knew what they were doing. You all are liars and should close your business down. It's embarrassing.

This plumbing business is professional, prompt, full of experience and knowledge and just an all around great plumbing company

I feel Gennaro's Plumbing went above and beyond the call of duty. The customer service department was outstanding. Patty was super helpful and knowledgeable. And Frank was on time and was professional and full of knowledge.

I will only use Gennaro's Plumbing. They are the best plumbing company I have ever used. They are incredibly helpful, friendly, and wise.

I've used gennaros several times and honestly I don't know what these people are talking about. My experience with company has been great. I do understand my home warranty company policy and understood when something was not covered.It's not the plumbing company's fault.the company was professional and courteous and honest I suggest people read their home warranty contract before going after the messengers.

I gave one star for one reason: I could not give a ZERO!

Used this company through my home warranty. This was THE WORST plumbing company I have ever used.

They came to fix a shower valve and diverter. Upon FRANK inspecting the shower, he told me that he had a matching diverter at his office and that he would "be right back". He never came back. I called and spoke to PATRICIA who said she would check with him and call me back. Never heard from her again until I called her 2 days later.

PATRICIA was extremely rude and worst of all, promised me a call back - but didn't call. After a week of dealing with this awful "company" and getting no answers, I called my home warranty company. The home warranty company told me that Frank called them and said it was "faulty installation", therefore it would not be covered.

First of all, the shower has been working for five years - how could that be a faulty install?

I ended up ordering replacement parts from the manufacturer. I called PATRICIA and asked her if they would install these when they came in. She assured me "yes, we would be happy to". Then the parts come in, I call Patricia, and she tells me "she'll check and she will call me back by 5 PM". NO CALL. Then I called her again and asked her if they were going to do the job - she lost it. She was extremely rude, yelled at me, called me names.

Here's the funny part: I got a new plumber to come out from the home warranty company. He replaced it in less than 30 minutes on his first visit and it works perfectly.

AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS - THEY ARE AWFUL, THEY ARE RUDE, FRANK GENNARO SHOULD NOT HAVE A LICENCE, AND PAT SHOULD BE FIRED!!!

1 Star is a joke! This company is terrible. I tried for 9 straight business days to schedule an appointment, still no call. I suggest you fine ANYONE else...really!

Worst plumbing company in the world.
Don't waste your money and time, the home warranty assigned me this plumbing company which they stood me up for a day and I requested to have it changed but home warranty said better to leave it or will have to wait a long time. The kitchen waste disposal was not working, this plumber finally shows up and within less than a minute, he just took off asking for a check and said will be back to finish repaid but never came back. Then we found out he reported that it was wrongly installed so home warranty is not covered. Really?it it was wrongly installed, shouldn't it start leaking years before and not right now after years of usage?
I hired another certified plumber and he said it's nonsense, the disposal was perfectly installed, just years and years of usage made the leak, and if it was wrongly installed int he first place, it would have start leaking years before. This really is the WORST PLUMBING SERVICE EVER.

There is a reason this company is associated with warranties. PATRICIA the innocent sounding receptionist straight up lied to my warranty company. She told me that she would call the warranty company and tell them they dropped the ball and did not come out to my house and that my claim needs to be expedited. I followed up with the warranty company and she had told them that they came to my house and that I was not there. Horrible person. Should get fired.

I agree with the other reviews, I only gave them a 1 star rating because they do not have a 0....All I can say is find someone else. Not only is their customer service horrible, they lie. Patty, the office manager, lied to my Home Warranty Company and it is documented. There are too many other reputable and honest plumbers out there do NOT waste your time with this business.

DON'T USE THIS COMPANIES THEY ARE IRRESPONSABLE JERKS. THIS COMPANY SHOULD BE RUN OUT OF TOWN. THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE STINKS AND I WOULDN'T EVEN SEND MY WORST ENEMY TO USE THIS COMPANY. THE WOMAN HAS A MOUTH THAT WON'T QUITE AND HALF THE TIME DOESN'T EVEN KNOW WHAT SHE'S TALKING ABOUT AND THE MAN ISN'T ANY BETTER. HIS ,MOUTH SHOULD BE SEWN SHUT. THEY ARE RUDE AND COMBATIVE, HOW THIS COMPANY HAS STAYED IN BUSINESS IN BEYOND ME. AND TO THINK THAT WHIRLPOOL SUBCONTRACTS WITH THEM IS UNBELIEVABLE. WHAT A JOKE THIS COMPANY IS. THEY ARE LOCATED IN BLOOMINGTON CALIF. MY SUGGESTION IS STAY CLEAR FROM THIS COMPANY.

Horrible Horrible HORRIBLE!!! I am insulted, and enraged with these people! I cannot believe they are used for anything! Do Not Do Business with them, you will be painfully disappointed and if your warranty service is involved your claim will not go through because they lie! I do not know what they get out of that but they must get something, maybe that is the only reason they are still in business. My warranty co has always been great until recommending these people, if your warranty co gives you Gennaro's number demand another! Do I have to give one star???

Gennaro’s Plumbing has been telling us lies since Day 1. They have the worst customer service. They claimed that they have submitted the correct diagnosis to American Home Shield when they did not really submit anything. They only submitted it when American Home Shield kept on following it up from them. The plumber came to our house to check the leak in our kitchen sink as well as our faucet which is corrosive, rusty and is also leaking. We also paid our $60 deductible right away. They did not submit the correct diagnosis and they did not prove that our faucet needs to be replaced due to natural wear and tear! It’s been over 2 weeks now since I submitted the work order to AHS and until now, our kitchen sink hasn’t been fixed yet. The wood in the cabinet is already severely damaged and we always have to clean the accumulated water in the cabinet as well as on our kitchen floor. This has been very inconvenient for us. If I were rude to Gennaro’s , specifically to PATRICIA AND PATTY, they deserve it. All they have been telling me are lies. Every time I will call Patricia to follow up, she would tell me she’s on the phone with AHS. She would tell me that she will call me back but she NEVER called me back. I’m the one who’s always calling them. The other lady Patty transferred our work order to another plumber and now it will take another week or so for us to wait for authorization. She knew that this will happen! She knew how badly we need our garbage disposal to get fixed because of the leak but she deliberately called AHS to transfer the work authorization to another plumber. It takes how many days for the plumbing to get the work order from AHS then for the plumber to come over and check and submit their work order diagnosis to AHS. What this plumbing company did is very unacceptable! They are sabotaging and manipulating our work order! SAVE YOURSELF THE HASSLE AND STRESS, DO NOT HIRE THIS PLUMBING COMPANY. THEY HAVE THE WORST SERVICE AND CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!
