NTB National Tire & Battery

Called them ahead of time to see if they were doing oil changes; said they were. Arrived there, was told they were running behind schedule come back in an hour and a half and they would be able to do my oil change. Got back in said amount of time only to be told they ran out of time and being as it was 6:00pm now they were not able to do it. It would have been nice if they told me from the outset they were not able to do it instead of me wasting my gas driving back and forth. Took my business elsewhere.
