Cecil Jennings construction

Cecil Jennings gave us a competitive estimate and stuck to it despite a color do-over on the trim (our indecisiveness, not his error). He coordinated the professional effort of three teams of subcontractors to do exterior carpentry repair, bleach and pressure wash, caulk, and paint the exterior, do the roofing (in at 7:30 AM, done by 2:30 PM) and gutters with gutter guards. The work was completed about 10 months ago and it is as beautiful as the day the job was finished. It was done in a timely fashion.

Re: roofing Jennings does NOT do roofing, has grown beyond that; subs to Marco whose crew does pretty work BUT overlooked remove/replace a little rotted decking per contract. Jennings used to advertise integrity/honesty/reliability. Now add states 50 year warranty. GOOD LUCK. Didn't know me 50 days after getting my check. Proceed with caution.
