Burdette Dental Lab is a full-service lab that provides restorative solutions to both the dentists and the patients. The dental lab has more than 70 employees and is located in a state-of-the-art, 12,000-square-foot facility in the Oxmoor Industrial Park area of Birmingham, Ala. It offers patient literature in the form of brochures that cover general topics such as cosmetic dentistry to products such as Procera AllCeram. The lab has invested in ShadeVision by X-Rite, a device that uploads hue, value and chroma shade information to a computer, and the ShadeVision software assigns shade values based on the most popular dental shade guides. Burdette Dental Labs has co-sponsored various seminars and discussion groups with companies such as Austenal, Ivoclar and Dentsply.
