Walk In the Woods Kennel

We had our two Therapy Dogs stay here last week. The proprietor, Evie provided a lovely and clean environment for our golden retriever and black lab. The team carefully took notes on food preparation and medication administration for each canine. We were able to access the kennel area to see where our pets would be staying. It was well maintained and freshly scrubbed down, and they had elevated beds on the floor. Our dogs were clean and happy when we picked them up and we were extremely pleased and will definitely be returning. As a complete surprise and bonus, when we checked out we received a special new client discount! I would definitely recommend this business!

This is an excellent place to keep your dog or cat. We were traveling, and made a last minute decision to extend our vacation, but this left no place for our dog to stay, as the hotel was not pet friendly. We asked for phone numbers of local boarding places, and called Walk in the Woods. The owner was very friendly and helpful over the phone, and made me feel right at ease leaving my dog with her. I called my vet and had the records faxed to their office, and we had him there within an hour. The owner even gave him a bath, free of charge, and a discount for being first-timers. :)
