        We have had excellent service with American Plumbing and Heating, Inc. in Birch Run, MI Do not confuse this company with other companies that start with the word American. Their techs are knowledgeable, polite and caring about your issues. The office staff is friendly and helpful. I would 100% recommend this company for your plumbing and heating needs.

        WORST customer service EVER!!! I will NEVER use this company again or recommend them to anyone. Spend your money elsewhere. Repetitive issues with their sump pump they insisted on installing in order to install my back up sump which is why I initially hired them. The pump is less than a year old and it's had multiple issues, but every time they have to come out and look at it/fix it I have to pay service/labor fees. Not how you keep customers.
