The hourly wage is more based upon how long you have been with the company and not so much to do with how good of a painter you are.None of the "foreman" do any work, they just stand around trying to get under the skin of the real painters.This company is all about mediocre work and cutting corners so they can get their "draws". Not only would I not recommend this company to Paint my toilet but I would also NEVER tell someone I knew to apply this joke of a company...Their "Lead" painters dont know how to cut in and they just ride the clock while the "foreman" let them get away with it....If you are smart you would never hire this company for ANYTHING let alone a Real paint job. Just a bunch of alchoholic drug addicts that cant work for an hour without having to stop what they are doing to go get high.
