Pacific Telecom Inc. acquired the telephone engineering division of Associated Engineers, its predecessor, leading to the company s incorporation in 1985. The company provides services, such as surveying, system planning, substation, switchyard, communications and SCADA design, among others. Electrical Consultants Inc. has partnered with EC Source Services, Force Capital Partners, LLC and American Transmission Company. Its wholly owned subsidiary, EPC Services Company (EPC) is a licensed contractor in numerous states, focusing on design/construct projects and is one of the largest specialty Engineer-Procure-Construct companies in the United States.
