Worst experience ever!
My wedding is July 3, I paid for my dress in February, paid for alterations to be done(fix strings,bussel , a and a couple hooks needed to be fix. Our flight was leaving June 21 to miami for our wedding and they lost my wedding dress did not find it until day of my flight. I get to Miami with the dress and nothing was done. They gave me wrong size undergarments my dress looked as if it was pulled straight from rack never cleaned or anything. Days before my wedding I'm just realizing this. And they had nerve to be mad at me for being frustrated with them. I will definitely be called the Corrales office because I was treated unfairly. I was dealt with as if I didn't matter. Being plus size is not easy, alterations can be more expensive and take time I felt like my day was going to be ruined, but thank God David bridal on miracle in coral gables, FL came through for me and helped the whole way through!

I had the BEST customer service. I live out of town, closest David's Bridal is 250 miles away. I had to order 3 dresses and dyeable shoes for a wedding less than 6 weeks away in another state. The ladies were so professional and helpful. Thank you so much!
