The owner Rick, had come over on a weeknight and fixed my frozen pipes and got my heat working. He left a magnet on the refridgerator and told me to call when he wanted to replace my old waterheater. I called him a month and half later, he came right over and did a neat, clean professional waterheater replacement and gave me a great price. Because he owns the company, he takes great pride in the customer's that he serves.
