When they get busy, they don't answer their phone. Their voice mail doesn't identify them as a company just the phone number. It can be several days before they answer their voice mails.
They came once they could hear the noises we complained about, but couldn't pinpoint the problem. So the guy said it's under warranty just run it till it burns out. Now that it has failed they are haggling about what the warranty will pay.
