do not deal with teri austin/ she is not to be reckoned with. her smile is a farce and only covers up her true nature. she is an irascible woman, and if easily crossed, who then becomes vindictive. her only true asset is rescuing dogs, and that i applaud. what she needs to learn is how to deal with people both in tone of voice and approach. for those who may differ, i strongly suggest to stand back and have a watchful eye in the way the handles customers both on the phone and in person. she is quick to respond, and if not returned in kind, you will be dismissed.

Absolutely the best vet I have ever visited. I am grateful for the loving care they provided and recommend that everyone support this amazing clinic. Proceeds for services rendered help support the Amanda Foundation, which help to spay and neuter animals in low-income neighborhoods through out Los Angeles.

My aunt’s dog had a broken tooth and was in so much pain he would not eat. Dr. Servantes attended the scraggily critter and operated on him. Wonderfully personable and totally professional in her diagnosis-Thanks to her Fluffy is back on his feet and running around like new. Teri and staff have an immense love for animals that is felt as soon as you walk in the door. Prices are the best I have found in all of LA County. Fluffy and I cannot thank them enough.
