Worse customer service ever. John Laputka is a dishonest cheat. We bought our in ground pool from them last year and have had nothing but trouble. Poor installation, misquoted price, illegally dumped debris from installation, the list goes on and on. The latest outrage is he was supposed to install 6x6 tile on pool on June 10, 2016. Never showed! When he finally answered my call he told me he forgot and it was my fault because I didn't call him to remind and confirm! I have left several messages and sent several emails since wanting to know when it will be tiled, haven't heard from him since. Btw, it has to be tiled to fix a poor installation. Guess my only recourse now is to hire an attorney. DO NOT PURCHASE A POOL FROM THIS COMPANY!

My parents bought a very expensive pool from this place and they were supposed to set up the install. They ignored them, didn't return their calls and the pool is still laying in their backyard not setup! I cannot believe this company is still in business treating clients like this. And even telling them their much to busy to call them back!
