Berwick Area Middle School serves students in grades six through eight. Its academic curriculum includes classes in language arts, mathematics, science and social studies. The school additionally has foreign languages and health, physical, career and technology education departments. Berwick Area Middle School s guidance department provides counseling and support services to students, parents and teachers. It also offers an accelerated reader program that encourages students to read a variety of books. The school has an athletics department that offers various sports activities, such as basketball, bowling, swimming, wrestling, softball, baseball, tennis, soccer, volleyball, track and field and cross country.
